2 bed/2bath apt near beach w/pool & parking

We had a great stay. The building is very well maintained and quiet and very secure. It's located in an area that is very walkable to stores and the beach. Just one block off of Collins avenue makes it quiet and very neighborhood like while you still have all that Miami Beach offers. It's close to two causeways to get over to the mainland. Oven Aventura Mall is a 5-minute drive. Easy access to North Beach and South Beach as well as Hollywood Beach and The Gulfstream race track. All less than a 15-minute drive. The apartment itself was very comfortable and had everything you needed in it. Most importantly the customer service was above and beyond anything I've ever had. They were in touch answer any questions from the moment I booked and all through the trip. If I needed something they took care of it immediately. All it was a great experience. We will be back.

Muy buena Positive: Le falto a la habitación más chica lugar de guardado de ropa y una mesa de luz más . Éramos dos matrimonios y uno estuvo algo incómodo , cuando alquilen eso sería importante aclarar Negative: El resto todo muy bien , no encontré una palita para recoger la basura que barría

buena estadía en barrio residencial Positive: Al llegar tuve que comunicarme para que me indiquen la metodología de ingreso, no tuve noticias antes. Si bien no pudimos dejar el equipaje, nos recibieron una hora antes del check in estimado. El complejo es muy agradable, tiene lavaropas y secaropa disponible. Que se utiliza con la tarjeta magnética y se recarga en el segundo piso. El departamento cuenta con reposeras y sombrillas, muy útiles para ir a la playa que está cerca. También cuenta con supermercado cercano. Y las playas son muy lindas. Negative: Alquilamos dos departamentos, el del tercer piso tenía cucarachas pequeñas, en la cocina, baño y una de las habitaciones. Las ventanas del segundo dormitorio No se podían abrir lo que imposibilitaba la ventilación del mismo .
