Over the beach 2 bed/2 bath apart | Hyde R&R

I used to like the place, not anymore Positive: I like the location and the Beach facilites Negative: 2 things were absolutely dreadful 1. The amount of people in the elevators, 4 elevators are not enough of they are nor properly managed 2. The car parking. You cannot park your car, you have a very expensive valet service and you have to wait around 30 minutes every time you want to get your car

It is very expensive for that property. Positive: Location Negative: Very old, dirty and damaged property. Leaking shower. Very dirty rugs!!!!

Positive: The apartment was great, spacious, tidy. Location was great. Exceeded expectations Negative: There are few elevators for such a big building, and for a few days one of them was out of service, which meant 30+ minutes of waiting (the apt is on level 20)

convenient location right on the beach Positive: Very convenient location; good value for money; ok rooms that had all the necessities; convenient and easy valet parking; great views from 32nd floor Negative: our 2 bedroom apartment was for 6 people (we had only 4) but the room only gets 1 beach umbrella and 2 chairs - what's more is there is a sign on the beach that it is prohibited to sit in between beach chairs so where does the hotel expect 2-4 additional people legally staying in their two-bedroom apartments to go on the beach?! They did provide 4 towels. As other reviews mention, elevators sometimes had long lines. There were a few hairs on the sheets when we arrived.

Spacious apartment with great view in upscale building Positive: The view from 19th floor is superb, and overall this is an upscale option, with bar/pool/restaurant on premises, and 24/7 front desk Negative: You need to be careful about shower water getting outside the shower area, that door is not perfect, so it is easy to make a puddle on the floor. I hope owners fix this for their own sake, otherwise adjacent-room laminate floors may get damaged
