Charming Studio with shared Patio

Disappointing Negative: Completely sealed windows, constant musty smell, lack of sunlight and noice from the upper floor. It's a very old wooden construction and can hear every step of the guest staying above. Also patio didn't look appealing.

Positive: Gut gelegen, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist. Der Vermieter ist super nett und hilfsbereit.

Positive: Wonderful location, clean and overall a great stay! I stay here quite frequently and always have a brilliant experience.

Positive: La ubicacion es muy buena, se puede llegar caminando al dentro de Coral Gables en 10 min

It was ok stay for the money we paid. Positive: The location of the property was very good, 2-3 min drive to many nice restaurants. It was a very quiet neighbourhood. There was always parking available on the street around the corner. Negative: You could hear every step of your upstairs neighbour. There is no sound proof at all. It woke us many times during the night. The wardrobe/hanger was inside the bathroom so not ideal as it is the most humid place. I can't say it was spotless clean, could be better.
