Positive: Location was great for going to a Miami Dolphins football game. Negative: Shower leaks, toilet runs, master bed is rock hard and loud, couch and table not comfortable but they get the job done.

Great location Positive: Great location safe and secure Negative: The place is a little tired and needs some TLC but still good and more than acceptable for the cost .

Frustrating Positive: The location was great. Negative: Towels of very bad quality, only two spoons for the whole house, silverware was dirty, the house overall wasn’t clean. Very different from the pictures.
