Excelente casa Positive: Muy buena ubicación. Cómoda. Con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de descanso. Segura. Muy limpia

The flat is in a good area and has a lot of potential. It just needs some maintenance. Positive: Location was good. Host was informative Negative: Floors were dirty. Cleaning crew need to pay more attention to this. Bathroom flooded every time we showered - shower door needs a proper seal. There is water damage caused by this to the utility cupboard door and corridor. Some light bulbs are not working and need to be changed. Dirty coffee mug in cupboard. Bedroom door is falling off the hinge. One bedroom only has a chest of drawers and no hanging space for clothes. Could do with another couch or armchair in living room - only one 2-seater couch and we were a family of four.

Positive: Clean, comfortable and convenient.

Overall, it was an okay place to stay. But I’d recommend for maybe 1-2 days, not a longer stay. Positive: The location was pretty easy to get to. The neighborhood was pretty quiet, with the exception of a few loud moments at night with neighbors yelling. Negative: It felt a bit more like a hotel instead of a home. The furniture was a bit modern and not very comfortable. Also it didn’t come with much in terms of common household/kitchen supplies. The AC circulation made the living area freezing but the bedrooms got pretty warm. It was also a bit strange that one of the bedrooms had a closet, no dresser (and the other one had a dresser, no closet). So since we were in town for a formal occasion, we had to hold things in opposite rooms.
